Bible Reading Plan (Day 95)

DAY NINETY-FIVE – Leviticus 9, Psalm 10

Lev 9

Some of the sacrifices from the previous chapter are practiced on this one. They (Aaron, Moses) make atonement for the people and do peace offerings and so on. God’s sovereignty is displayed throughout this book, in fact I’ll dare say, that on every chapter God rules! After the bloody sacrifices, the different offerings; God accepts them and the offerings are consumed in front of the people. The Israelites shout and fall to their faces for God rightly deserves to be revered. If this part of the Bible were to have characters with pictures, I can imagine the characters going *Kaflop!* once they fall to their faces.

Psalm 10

The Lord is Sovereign, Lord of lords and King of kings. Over everything and everyone is He LORD. Yes even the most hard hearted rebellious atheist or human. He will judge the wicked and give them punishment. In right divine justice will he ever judge the one who renounces him as Lord. He indeed is far away from wickedness and man but the righteous are going to be delivered on the Day of God. “In the pride of his face the wicked does not seek him; all his thoughts are, ‘There is no God.'” Psalm 10:4
